These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User" or "you") and Sogozy Inc. ("Sogozy," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Sogozy text-to-speech services and platform.

By accessing or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Sogozy provides AI-powered text-to-speech conversion services that include:

• Converting written text into natural-sounding audio
• Multiple voice options across 50+ languages
• API access for developers and integrations
• Web-based interface for direct usage
• Account management and billing services

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any material we provide on the website, in our sole discretion without notice.

You may not:

• Create an account if you are under 13 years of age
• Use another person's account without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations
• Transfer your account to another person without our consent

When using our text-to-speech services, you must ensure that:

• You have the right to convert the text to speech
• The content does not violate any applicable laws
• You respect copyright and trademark rights
• The content is appropriate for text-to-speech conversion

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will continue to have access until the end of your billing period
• No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
• Your account will revert to the free tier (if available)
• Data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy

You own the audio files generated from your text, subject to these terms:

• You had the right to use the original text
• The content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy
• You may use the audio for any lawful purpose
• You cannot resell access to our voice synthesis technology

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability. We will:

• Provide advance notice when possible
• Minimize disruption to users
• Perform major maintenance during off-peak hours
• Update you on service status through our status page

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sogozy and its affiliates from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Content you submit to the Service

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Fail to pay required fees
• Misuse our services or technology

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
